The problem

Your Website Is Quietly Costing You Covers

Most restaurant websites are slow, invisible in search and irritating to change. Here is what is really keeping tables empty on a Tuesday.

🐌

A slow site loses the cover

WordPress, Wix and GHL-built sites bloat fast. Someone standing on a corner at 7pm deciding where to eat does not wait for your hero image. They go back to the map and tap the next place, and that table stays empty for the whole service.

🔍

You are invisible in your own neighborhood

No neighborhood pages, no schema, no clean meta, so Google and the AI answer engines never surface you for the searches that actually fill rooms. You end up dependent on foot traffic and on delivery apps that take a cut of every order.

💸

Charged to change tonight’s specials

Hosting invoices, SSL renewals, plugin licences, and a quote to update a menu price. So the menu online is the one from two seasons ago, and a guest arrives expecting a dish you stopped running in March.

🍽️

The site does not match the food

Your plates are considered and your dining room is dialled in, and then a first-time guest finds a website with four dark photos and a PDF menu that will not open on a phone. That is the impression that decides whether they book you or scroll on.

The solution

Built on Astro, Faster Than WordPress, Wix and GHL

We build it the modern way, so it opens instantly and your food arrives on screen before anybody loses interest.

⚡

90+ PageSpeed, guaranteed

We build on the Astro framework and guarantee a 90+ Google PageSpeed score, often a perfect 100, on both mobile and desktop. Food photography is heavy, and it has to arrive before a hungry person loses patience, which is roughly two seconds.

📱

Faster than WordPress, Wix and GHL

No plugin bloat and no page-builder overhead. Static-first pages served from the Cloudflare edge open in a blink, which is what matters when nearly all of your booking traffic is somebody standing outside on a phone.

🍷

A site that reads like your dining room

A clean, appetite-first layout: real photography, a menu that is actual readable text rather than a PDF, hours that are correct, and booking one tap away. Noticeably better than the template you are on now.

Our speed guaranteeWe guarantee a 90+ Google PageSpeed score, and frequently hit a perfect 100, on both mobile and desktop. A fast page keeps a hungry guest reading your menu and tells Google you deserve the position.
Get found

Rank in Search, and in AI Answers

Fast pages are half of it. We structure everything so search engines and answer engines can both understand and surface your restaurant.

📈

Built to rank

Search engines reward fast, well-structured pages. Correct titles, meta, heading order and internal links mean Google can crawl and rank you for the searches that fill tables rather than the ones nobody types.

🤖

AEO and GEO ready

Every page carries schema and meta that AI answer engines can read, so when somebody asks ChatGPT where to eat near them tonight, or which places nearby do a proper gluten-free menu, your restaurant is available to be named.

📍

Real pages per neighborhood and location

An individually written page for every neighborhood and every site you operate. This is still the most reliable way an independent restaurant beats the delivery apps to the click.

🗂️

Sitemap, robots.txt and llms.txt

A correct sitemap, a robots.txt that lets the right crawlers through, and an llms.txt so AI crawlers index your menu, your hours and your locations cleanly rather than guessing.

Ranking guaranteeWith real neighborhood pages, schema, correct meta and clean sitemap, robots and llms files, we guarantee your website starts ranking in your area within 3 to 5 months.
What you get

Everything Included, Up to 60 Pages

A complete site rather than a template. This is what ships with every build, on every course.

🍽️

Up to 60 pages

Home, About, a menu overview plus a dedicated page for each menu you run, whether that is brunch, lunch, dinner, bar, tasting or private dining, plus neighborhood and location pages, a Team page, Contact and Reservations.

🧮

A private event and catering estimator

The question that arrives by phone twenty times a week and gets answered properly maybe twice: what would you charge for thirty people. The estimator asks headcount, service style and menu tier, and returns an estimated range so the enquiry arrives already qualified. It is labelled on screen as an estimate rather than a quote, because a Saturday in December is not a Tuesday in February and your final number depends on the date, the room and the menu.

🌐

Free domain if you need one

One domain is included at no cost. If you already own one we point it at the new site, so nothing changes for the regulars and the review sites that already link to you.

☁️

Cloudflare hosting, nothing itemised later

Your site runs on Cloudflare’s global edge. No hosting bill, no SSL bill, no CDN bill. It is inside the monthly figure and it never turns up as a separate line on an invoice.

💬

AI chat widget on the site

An agent answers the questions guests ask before they book: hours, parking, whether you can do a nut allergy, whether the patio is open, whether you take a party of eight on a Friday. Then it takes the booking, at the hours when people actually decide where to eat.

⭐

Review collection that runs itself

Load your guest list, tag it, and the automation asks for the review at the right moment after a visit. For a restaurant the review count and the recency of it are effectively the storefront, and it is always the thing that slips during a busy month.

Every single week

Your Menu on the Site, Updated Weekly

No trade has a website that goes stale faster than a restaurant's. Food cost moves, the seasonal menu changes, a supplier drops something, the kitchen is off on a Monday in January. On most restaurant sites the menu was uploaded once as a PDF and has been quietly wrong ever since, and the first person to notice is a guest ordering a dish you stopped running.

We update it every week. Send the new menu, the new prices, the closure dates, and they are live. Not a PDF either: real text on the page, which is the only version Google and the AI answer engines can actually read, and the only version that opens properly on the phone somebody is holding outside your door.

  • Menu pricesEvery dish, updated as your food cost moves, so nobody arrives expecting a number you stopped charging in spring.
  • Specials and seasonal menusThis week’s specials, the seasonal changeover and the dishes that came off, live on the site instead of live only in the dining room.
  • Hours and closuresHoliday hours, private-hire closures and the day the kitchen is off, which is the single most common reason a guest arrives to a locked door.
  • Private dining and event minimumsRoom minimums, per-head pricing tiers and available dates, kept current so an enquiry starts from a real number.
Content that compounds

Two Researched Posts a Week, 2,500 to 3,200 Words Each

Not 600 words of AI padding under a stock photo of a burger. Mise en Place publishes two research-based posts every week, each one 2,500 to 3,200 words, sourced, and written around your food and your neighborhood. Full House raises that to three a week at the same standard, plus social.

🥘

Food and menu writing

Where a dish came from, why the menu changes when it does, what is in season locally and what your kitchen does with it. This is the writing that turns a restaurant from a place that serves food into a place somebody wants to tell a friend about.

📍

Neighborhood and occasion guides

Where to eat before the theatre, which places near you take a large party on a Friday, what is open late in your area. High intent, genuinely local, and exactly the search a delivery app cannot answer well.

🎉

Private dining and event pieces

How to plan a rehearsal dinner, what a per-head price actually covers, how far ahead to book a room in December. Events are the highest-value bookings you take, and they are decided by people doing research weeks in advance.

What "research-based" actually means hereEvery post is built from real sourced material rather than reworded from whatever ranked first that morning. A piece on a regional dish cites what it is describing and links to it. A guide to planning a rehearsal dinner walks the actual sequence and the actual lead times rather than gesturing at them. At 2,500 to 3,200 words there is room to answer the question completely, which is what makes a page worth ranking and worth quoting by an assistant somebody is asking where to eat.
Full House

The Panel Most Guests Never Scroll Past

On Full House we manage your Google Business Profile alongside the site, because for a restaurant that panel is frequently the entire decision.

📌

Weekly posts on the listing

This week's specials, the seasonal menu landing, a holiday closure, the patio opening. A listing that gets posted to reads as a restaurant that is open and busy. One last touched fourteen months ago reads as one that may have closed, and in this trade people genuinely assume that.

📷

Your food, not the app's photos

Your plates, your room, your team, added regularly. Otherwise the photos on your listing are whatever a guest uploaded in bad light in 2021, and that is the first thing anybody sees. Most operators upload a handful at setup and never go back.

❓

The questions section, answered

Anyone can post a question on your listing and anyone at all can answer it, which is exactly the problem. We keep the common ones answered in your words: parking, whether you take walk-ins, whether the patio is dog friendly, whether you can do a party of twelve, and what the vegetarian options actually are.

Capture every enquiry

Your Website, Wired Into Your CRM

Every form and every event enquiry flows straight to whoever handles them, so nothing sits unread until the following week.

🔗

Enquiries into any CRM

Every form on the site pushes into whatever you already run, by direct API, Zapier or Make. Booking and event enquiries land where the person who handles them is already looking rather than in a website inbox somebody checks on Mondays.

🗃️

Our CRM included, with your own login

We integrate our CRM and hand you a login, so you can see every enquiry and every booked event and work it yourself without waiting on us.

⏱️

Answer before they book elsewhere

Someone planning a birthday dinner has emailed three restaurants in the same ten minutes. Getting that enquiry in front of you immediately is the cheapest improvement most operators can make.

🎉

The details your events person needs

Forms ask date, headcount, service style, budget range and any dietary requirements, so whoever calls back already knows whether it fits the room and the diary.

Never worry about upkeep

Updates Handled, Just Send a Revision

Five revisions are included every month at no extra cost, on every course. After the fifth, each one is a flat $20 with no cap, so there is never a surprise invoice.

🎫

Five revisions included every month, at no extra cost

Five revision requests are included in the monthly figure on every plan. They are not a quota you are spending down, they are part of what you already pay for. Past the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20 with no cap on how many you can buy. No hourly billing and no surprise invoice at the end of the month.

📝

A revision is not one line

"Here is the new autumn menu across three pages, plus the private dining page rewritten, with photos" is a single revision, not four. There is no limit on how much goes into one request, so write it all down and send it once.

⏳

Done in 2 to 5 working days

Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, however large. A price change or a holiday hours update is usually same day or next.

🛡️

Fully managed, you never log in

Crashes, malware, patches, uptime and backups are ours. If the site goes down on a Friday at 6pm it is our problem, not something anybody handles from the pass.

Pricing

Three Courses. Order What You Need.

Every course carries the same $597 one-time build fee, and you pay it only once the site is live. Start where the problem actually is and add the next one when it starts costing you covers.

Add-on, any course

Put the menu in the language your neighborhood speaks

Plenty of restaurants sit in a neighborhood where a large share of the people walking past read Spanish, or Portuguese, or Vietnamese, more comfortably than English. You already know whether that describes your street. Add a language for$100 one time, per language.

What matters is how it is built. The usual offer bolts a translate widget onto the page, which creates no new URLs, so Google has nothing extra to index and you still rank in one language only. We build a separate real page per language, each with its own address, its own title and description, its own schema, and reciprocal hreflang tags pointing the versions at each other. Each language can then rank on its own in Google and be quoted on its own by ChatGPT and AI Overviews, so somebody searching for dinner in Spanish can actually find you in Spanish.

Spanish, French and German are already wired into this site's locale registry. Turning one on means adding the translated pages, not rebuilding the site.

What actually changes

Where You Are Now, and Where This Puts You

Not a feature list. The difference a guest and your own front of house would notice inside a month.

TodayOnce you are live
✕Someone on the corner at 7pm gives up on your page and taps the next restaurant.
✓Your page is already on screen, with tonight’s menu and a booking button on it.
✕You are found by people walking past and by apps that take a cut.
✓You turn up for your own neighborhood, in Google and in AI answers, at no commission.
✕The menu online is from two seasons ago and a guest orders a dish you dropped.
✓Menus and prices are refreshed every week, so the site matches the pass.
✕A small change means an email, a quote, and it never quite happens.
✓You send the request and it is done inside 2 to 5 working days, five included each month.
✕The phone rings through service and the party of eight books elsewhere.
✓It is answered, the questions get asked, and the booking is in the diary.
✕Hosting, SSL and plugin renewals arrive as separate bills you did not expect.
✓One monthly figure, with hosting, SSL, the domain and maintenance already inside it.
How it works

Live in 7 Days

A simple, transparent process. You do not pay the $597 build fee until you are live and happy. Dinner Service takes 10 days and Full House 15.

1
Pay the first monthly invoice

You start with the monthly figure for the course you pick and nothing else. The $597 one-time build fee is not charged at this point.

2
One onboarding call

We collect it in a single call: your menus, your prices, your hours, your locations, your photography, your private dining offer and the direction for the content.

3
We build it

Mise en Place is live in 7 days. Dinner Service takes 10 while the AI agents learn your menus, your allergen answers and your booking rules. Full House takes 15 with the content engine and the profile work running.

4
The one-time fee comes after you are live

The $597 build fee is charged only once the site is live and you are happy with it. That order is deliberate and it is the whole point.

FAQ

Website Questions, Answered

We build on the Astro framework, which ships almost no JavaScript and serves static-first pages from Cloudflare’s global edge. There is no plugin bloat as on WordPress and no page-builder overhead as on Wix or GHL. We guarantee a 90+ Google PageSpeed score, often 100, on both mobile and desktop, which matters most for a photography-heavy restaurant site on a phone.

Mise en Place is $117 a month, Dinner Service is $227 a month plus AI usage, and Full House is $597 a month. Every plan carries the same $597 one-time build fee. You pay only the monthly invoice up front. The $597 is charged after your site is live and you are happy with it.

A revision is any change request you send us, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. Updating text, adding a page, changing a colour, adding a chef to the team page, updating your menu prices and swapping a seasonal offer are all revisions, and so is something far larger: "here is the entire new autumn menu across three pages plus a rewritten private dining page, with photos" is one revision, not four. Five are included every month at no extra cost, on every plan. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, so you always know the price before you ask, and there is no cap on how many you can buy in a month. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, no matter the size.

Form submissions from your own site into any CRM are included, at no extra charge, by direct API, Zapier or Make. Anything beyond that is quoted separately: connecting a reservations platform, a point of sale, an online ordering system, an accounting tool, a payment processor or a custom API is priced before it is built, and you decide whether to go ahead. Nothing appears on an invoice after the fact.

It asks the three things that actually drive the number: headcount, service style, and which menu tier. It returns a range rather than a single figure, and the page says plainly that it is an estimate rather than a quote, because a Saturday in December and a Tuesday in February are not the same booking. What it does is get an enquiry from "how much for thirty people" to a real conversation, with the date, the headcount and the budget already on the form before anybody picks up the phone.

Anything on the site that moves, which in this trade is most of it: menu prices as your food cost changes, this week’s specials, the seasonal changeover and the dishes that came off, holiday and closure hours, and your private dining minimums and available dates. Send the changes and they go live that week. A menu online that does not match the menu on the pass is the most common complaint guests have about restaurant websites, and it is entirely fixable.

It answers them the way a well-briefed host would, and no further. It can state what a dish contains from your own menu data, and it can tell a guest which items are marked gluten-free or nut-free on your menu. Anything beyond that, a severe allergy, a cross-contamination question, or a substitution the kitchen has to agree to, is flagged straight to a human. Nobody should be automating a decision that could put a guest in hospital, and we do not.

Mise en Place goes live 7 days after the onboarding call. Dinner Service takes 10 days, because the AI receptionist and chat agents have to be trained on your menus, your allergen answers and your booking rules. Full House takes 15 days while the content engine and the profile work are set up. The clock starts at onboarding, not at payment.

US carriers require every business texting from a 10-digit number to register the brand and campaign first. Without it your booking confirmations and reminders get filtered or blocked outright, and you never find out they did not arrive, which for a restaurant means covers you counted on that simply do not turn up. We file the registration as part of your Dinner Service setup and the carrier fee is passed through at cost.

Mise en Place includes 2 research-based posts every week, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, written around your food and your neighborhood. Full House raises that to 3 a week at the same standard and adds 3 social image posts and 2 reels weekly, plus Google Business Profile management, so the same work reaches people on search, on your listing and on social rather than only on the site.

Yes. One free domain is included, or we point the one you already own at the new site so nothing changes for the regulars and the review sites that already link to you. Form submissions push into any CRM through direct API or a webhook, and we include our own CRM integration with a login of your own, so every enquiry and every booked event is visible to you.

With fast pages, real neighborhood pages, correct schema and clean sitemap, robots and llms files, we guarantee your website starts ranking in your area within 3 to 5 months. Anyone promising you day-one rankings is not being straight with you.

We rebuild it. You keep your domain, your existing URLs are redirected so you do not lose the visibility you have already earned, and we migrate the menus, the photography and the content worth keeping. Your current site stays up until the new one is live.
